I just thought of this a few minutes ago. A funny and good story would be:
Fernando, Jimmy, Matt, and Steve argue over which of them is the most romantic. The four of them decide to compete to find out, and all four end up going overboard for their ladies.

Another idea I have would be Kimmy becomes the surrogate for Stephanie and Jimmy. Kind of like Phoebe did for her brother on Friends.
